Will this job pay?

Quote, miles, fuel, driver, subcontractor. The honest profitability number — minus the cost line your spreadsheet usually leaves out.

The number on the load offer / customer quote.
Empty miles are pure cost — no revenue back.

FAQ

Is HaulageSnap a TMS?
No. HaulageSnap operates BEFORE the TMS. It's the decision layer that tells you whether to accept a job and whether you're compliant to run it — before Mandata, HaulTech or BigChange even open. Pair it with a TMS for execution.
Will HaulageSnap replace my telematics?
No. Microlise, Webfleet and the like are data layers. HaulageSnap is the decision layer above them. It interprets fleet signals into commercial answers and human-gated recommendations.
Does HaulageSnap give me transport-law advice?
No. HaulageSnap is decision support, not transport law advice. Operator and Transport Manager stay accountable. For regulated advice, speak to your trade association (RHA / Logistics UK), traffic commissioner or transport lawyer.
The future-readiness stuff (AV, drone, zero-emission) — am I really thinking about that today?
Most of the market isn't. That's the gap. The 2035 ZEV HGV phase-out, AV Act commencement and SORA drone delivery rules all land in this decade. The calculators surface the readiness gap now so you can plan it across 3–7 year fleet refresh cycles, not wake up to it in 2032.
Decision support, not transport law advice. Operator + TM stay accountable.
